The best ideas were never meant to be published
Over the years, I have collected impactful memos. Ones which have changed my behavior, or thinking. Some of these were collected by some recent x or posts. Many more were also sent from friends who wanted to contribute to the repository, which happens to be open source. Either way, I have pruned hundreds of memos down to the ones which could be considered great. You can find the result here:
GreatMemos.com.
The repository starts in 112AD. There is a heavy tilt towards finance and investing, as memos are more commonplace, leak-able, and useful in those industries. My personal favorite is Completed Staff Work by Thomas Waston Jr. Buffett's letter to the See's Candy President is a close second. My first pass as the compilation, annotated, can be found here. Ideally, you will be able to see why I chose to select or neglect some memos.
If you have any memos you'd like to share, please shoot it over or contribute to the repository. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy.
