Ego is important. Be constantly optimistic (yet calm) and competitive, even as you fail. Be more opportunistic and quicker than competitors. Never give up, no pain no gain, find good colleagues and let them share in profits. Have a loyal following.

Well- I have been looking for this book for ages. It has been out of print for well over a decade. Paper copies are rare- and go for several hundred dollars. I tried to get this book through libraries, online PDFs, and even by emailing the Lundin Group- all of which were fruitless.
